Sam Yi commenced his career in the real estate industry in 1980. He has since served both the residential and commercial real estate business for close to 40 years. With specialization in commercial real estate in the Southern California area, Sam created One Properties focusing on building strong client-relationships as a core value, alongside perseverance and passion for hard work. Sam is responsible for the sale/acquisition of several high profile properties in Koreatown and throughout the greater Los Angeles areas. Sam has built a reputation of putting his clients at ease that the sale/acquisition will get done. In addition to his work in Southern California, Sam has successfully completed notable transactions in Atlanta, Georgia and has recently, earned his Hawaii real estate broker license. Sam went to the California State University at Northridge for an accounting major and served 3 years in the U.S. Armed Forces.
